Q: Is your furniture made from solid wood?
A: Yes, all of my furniture and accessories are handmade from solid hardwoods. Most craftsman and mission pieces use red oak, or cherry. Santa Fe style pieces are sugar pine.
Q: Is each piece handmade?
A: Yes, each piece of furniture or accessory is handmade by Master Craftsman Mark Middleton.
Q: Are your products made in the United States?
A: Yes, all of my pieces are made in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA one at a time.
Q: Why aren't there any prices on your site?
A: The designs you see on this site are custom pieces designed to individuals specific requirements; you can base your design on one you see here or have something completely custom made for you. The options are virtually limitless and as such need to be discussed with the designer.
Q: Why do I have to contact you?
A: Everything I make is handmade, using old-world quality craftsmanship. The lead time I will require before delivering your piece will vary due to my current work load and the shipping distance to you. I would like to discuss these details as well as the many options available. Call me, I really enjoy talking to customers about their furniture ideas!
Q: What kind of quality can I expect?
A: The highest attainable at any price. What sets me apart from other furniture makers is attention to detail and overall quality. I strive to create the finest examples of craftsman, mission and santa fe style furniture available at any price.
Q: How will you ship my furniture to me?
A: All heavy furniture is shipped through trusted shippers who will blanket wrap your pieces after they have been pre-wrapped here at the shop. This type of shipment is done through truck freight and inside delivery is available. Smaller pieces can be shipped UPS or FedEx per your request.
Q: What are your terms?
A: 50% down and 50% + shipping upon completion. Cashiers checks are preferred, personal checks are accepted, but will ship after clearing.
